Passion for Youth Employment
is at the core of our mission.

Hopeworks opened in 2015

Hopeworks Community Solutions opened it's doors and heart in 2015, in Pakenham Victoria, and we have built a team that creates a positive contribution to our community.

Hopeworks provides food hampers, meals and clothing to community groups and crisis relief centres, through training young people with valuable job-ready employment skills.

Hopeworks Youth Transformation

Our structured workplace training includes a life skills mentoring program, to instill a clear set of core values into the youth trainees, to take into their next career or further education steps, which include:

Positive Attitude
Building Self Esteem
Leadership Skills
Community Generosity
and so much more....

Community Partnerships

We partner with government agencies, local schools, businesses, students and their parents to ensure Hopeworks offers an enjoyable and innovative work experience that lead to employment pathways.
