Moe Organisation – Living to Thrive
Due to unforeseen circumstances, in late 2018, Hopeworks needed to outsource some additional support for food pick-ups from our Pakenham campus. While advertising for some additional help, Hopeworks has connected with another organisation based in Moe, Victoria to assist with this.
We would like to thank Tracy from Living to Thrive for connecting with us and continuing the pick-ups, we appreciate it!
‘TCB Living to thrive is a registered charity helping domestic violence survivors and young people transitioning out of home with practical help such as cooking and budgeting lessons. We also provide families with food hampers and over the Christmas period with the donations of food from Hopeworks and the fundraised money we were able to help many struggling families have a Christmas. We work with families within the Moe/Newborough area predominantly.
Hopeworks was discovered when Moe Bazaar and Thrift Shop was opened in Moe and I have been networking with other services. We are very grateful for Hopeworks being involved with TCB living to thrive and look forward to a continuing relationship with your organisation.’ – Tracy K
